 Project wide activity sheets allowed workshop participants to view presented design concepts in detail and ask questions on the concepts
 Guiding principles are provided to maintain a focus on what we are trying to accomplish with the concepts
 Responses to questions were recorded on the activity sheets and comments cards were available
 Six design concepts were presented at each workshop
 Design concepts were developed using a variety of inputs

 This and other design concepts summaries include preliminary recommendations that will be made to the Task Force during development of the preferred Grant Road design concept and includes actions that will be taken to resolve outstanding issues
 Sun Tran will be responsible for implementing transit elements of the design concept and must be coordinated with to gain support for our recommendations
 Many asked for more details on how this concept will operate
 Signal timing stages will include
Stage 1, Grant Road green for through traffic while cross street and u-turns are red
Stage 2, Grant Road red for through traffic while cross street through traffic and u-turns are green
Stage 3, Grant Road and cross street red for through traffic while cross street left-turns and u-turns are green
 These issues were raised by workshop participants on comment cards
 Each will be researched and presented to the Task Force during development of the preferred design concept
